Laura Rose
Founder
Laura grew up practicing yoga before school days with her father and spending summers camping and hiking through the old-growth forests of Minong, Wisconsin, where towering pine trees stretch as far as the eye can see. These early experiences nurtured her deep love for the outdoors and cultivated an awareness of the profound connection between body, mind, and emotion.
Her lifelong interest in natural wellness led her to formal training in yoga, herbal medicine, and ultimately to earning a Master’s degree and license in Chinese Medicine—a healing tradition rooted in the rhythms, laws, and cycles of Nature. Over the past 15 years, Laura has supported individuals’ health and well-being through her private practice, offering Chinese Medicine, yoga, and meditation. She has also led numerous workshops for leaders in major corporations across the Washington, D.C. metro area.
In the last decade, Laura has deepened her relationship with the natural world, recognizing it as an essential anchor for balance in today’s fast-paced world. She leads outdoor experiences for groups of all ages, helping people reconnect with the land, rediscover joy, and cultivate a deeper sense of self. Passionate about fostering nature connection, confidence, and respect for the wild, Laura is devoted to sharing this special relationship with the Earth—one that offers a deep healing for the body, mind, and soul.
